Our current approach to free trial subscriptions is that this is not synced to your administration system. Only when the subscription becomes a paid subscription it will be synced.
You can freely create a free trial subscription in Bizplay, by creating the desired subscription for the preferred number of screens. If the customer.created webhook was defined, the customer is already present in your administration system for later use when the customer decides to purchase the subscription.
